How long does delivery take?
Your piece is made in 1 to 3 business days. UAE delivery then takes 1 to 3 business days. Delivery to the US, UK and Europe takes 5 to 8 business days. Delivery to Saudi Arabia and all other countries takes 5 to 15 business days.
Can I return a piece?
Yes. Unworn, non-personalised pieces in original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery. There is no return fee, and return collection in the UAE is free. Our refund policy lists what we cannot take back.
What if my piece has a spelling mistake?
If we spelled it differently from your order, we remake it or refund you in full. Please check the spelling before you order.
