- Can I return a piece?
- Yes. Unworn, non-personalised pieces in original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery. There is no return fee, and return collection in the UAE is free. Our refund policy lists what we cannot take back.
- What if my piece has a spelling mistake?
- If we spelled it differently from your order, we remake it or refund you in full. Please check the spelling before you order.
